Donor Advised Funds are a tax-efficient way to manage charitable donations. Donor Advised Funds allow donors to make a charitable contribution, receive an immediate tax deduction, and then recommend grants from the fund over time. This giving option is a wonderful way to support the park you love.
The Blue Ridge Parkway Foundation is proud to be an approved charity for Donor Advised Fund sponsoring organizations. As a GuideStar Platinum nonprofit, the highest level of recognition available, the Foundation’s donors can easily access the results and progress made possible by their donations.
Grants made to the Blue Ridge Parkway Foundation through Donor Advised Funds can be designated for the highest priority need or aligned with projects that match our donors’ interest, such as the restoration of the Moses H. Cone estate or the Trails & Views Forever program. Please use the “Designation” box to fill in any specific uses for your DAF contribution.
