http://www.reevestheater.com/To get in the holiday spirit, music lovers are invited to a seasonal celebration with bluegrass quartet The Barefoot Movement at 7:30 p.m., Friday, November 30, at the Reeves Theater in Elkin, North Carolina. The concert is hosted in collaboration with the Blue Ridge Music Center.

The Barefoot Movement fills the stage with lush harmonies, thoughtful instrumentation, and memorable melodies. Comprised of singer-songwriter Noah Wall on fiddle, Tommy Norris on mandolin, Alex Conerly on guitar and vocals, and Katie Blomarz on upright bass, the band has been playing together for seven years.

In 2017, the group released The Barefoot Movement Christmas Album featuring 12 classic holiday and seasonal tunes. During this special evening with the band, concertgoers will hear acoustic renditions of fun favorites like Chuck Berry’s “Run Run Rudolph” and Perry Como’s “It’s Beginning to Look A Lot Like Christmas,” as well as emotional takes on the tender songs of the season such as “O Holy Night” and “Hark! The Herald Angels Sing.”

Tickets are $20 in advance, $25 the day of the show.
