Surrounded by the Cone family’s favorite place on Earth, at the historic horse show grounds in Mayview, you can enjoy a spectacular display of the finest show horses in the country as they chase the silk and silver of the “Oldest Continuous Outdoor Horse Show In America.”
The Saddlebred segment of the Blowing Rock Charity Horse Show is electric, with spectators shouting encouragement and rooting for their favorites from the stands. Enjoy the show from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. daily at the L. M. Tate Horse Show Grounds at the Blowing Rock Equestrian Preserve. Spectator tickets at the gate are $10. Children 12 and younger receive free admission.
A portion of proceeds from the show support the Blue Ridge Parkway Foundation.
