Julie Moore grew up in Winston-Salem, N.C., and has called the Triad home ever since. After graduating from High Point University with a Human Relations in Business degree she began her career in sales leadership. Moore has worked for First Citizens Bank for the past 20 years as a Manager of Retail Banking. Julie and her husband Dan live in Winston-Salem with their daughter Anna Kate, but call the High Country their “future forever home.” Five years ago, Julie and her family purchased an old log cabin in Todd, N.C., and have made their weekend home a place to come to disconnect from electronics and reconnect with the natural wonders that our mountains have to offer. Via the Blue Ridge Parkway, they have explored countless charming communities from Ashe County to Cherokee County.
“The Parkway needs support from all the communities it borders and all the individuals that get to enjoy its natural beauty,” Moore says.
Moore is a member of the Winston-Salem Regional Associates of Realtors and Stonebridge Association of Ashe County. She is a past member of Carolina Adoption Services, Friends of Sherwood, Leadership Greensboro & Leadership High Point, and Rockingham County Partnership for Children.
