Sparkie and his wife retired from managing the Bluffs Lodge after 44 years of service in the restaurant management field. A special celebratory dinner was held by the Blue Ridge Parkway Foundation honoring the employees of the Bluffs, whose combined years of service totaled over 499 years. |
