Description
Ranger J. Worlington Luck at Cumberland Knob in 1946. According to Dean Richardson, the National Park Service declared that rangers could not be assigned straight automobiles (coupes). The NPS rewrote the specs for "coupe pickups" and these modified vehicles were "issue vehicles" for a number of years.
